The market town of Bovey Tracey is within easy reach of the property, which boasts a fortnightly farmers market and an array of shops, cafes, restaurants and amenities.

There are a wealth of towns and villages to visit, why not take a day out to explore, Totnes, Moretonhampstead or the coastal towns in the South Hams. Walks for the family and pet pooch are plentiful, with seasonal changing scenery found not only on Dartmoor, but the nearby reservoirs and National Trust gardens. Beaches are plentiful for fun in the sun or strolling in Autumn - Shaldon, Maidencombe and Ness Cove beach are all within easy reach of the property. From the utility room is the entrance to the games room, so even on rainy days you will not be at a loss for things to do.
