Northumberland apartment is a cosy first floor apartment set in the heart of the seaside town of Teignmouth. Sleeping up to 2 guests in 1 double bedroom and just a stones throw from the nearby beach and pier. As you enter the property itself you find yourself in the hallway next to the lounge/diner with sofa seating and dining table with chairs with smart TV. Opposite the hallway is the kitchen which is equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay. The double bedroom is just next door as is the shower room.
From the apartment, it is a very short walk to the nearby Teignmouth beach and pier. Here there is also a large green, skate park, crazy golf course and an array of sea front restaurants/bars. The main town is also right at your doorstep, perfect for stocking up. After seeing everything Teignmouth has to offer, why not visit some of the other local towns such as Torquay with its Marina, the famous fishing town of Brixham or the nearby city of Exeter during your stay. With beautiful towns which make up the English Riviera close by, as well as the famous boating town of Dartmouth & Kingswear and many more within the South Hams you’re sure to have plenty to keep you busy!

A small “bijou” apartment in excellent location in centre of old Teignmouth. 4 pubs nearby as well as other cafes shops etc A Co-Op is a short walk and open till late. Apartment was well kitted out , including a breadmaker if you wished!! It is small suitable only for 2 people. Bed was comfortable sheets clean. Wi-Fi fine and tv had Firestick for most channels. Only downsides are shower is a little small to enter if your XL like me!! Parking in Teignmouth can be difficult, the Quay Rd one allowing max of 2 days stay for £6.00/day. Being near a pub, can be noisy on Friday/Saturday nights till 11:30 ish, but close bedroom window and it’s fine. Oh and same for the seagulls early Dawn chorus!! Personally, liked all the maritime bits and bobs, but could possibly do with a little declutter. Communal entrance/stairs could be smarter, but this is not the owners fault. All in enjoyed or stay here. Many thanks

Location superb , back beach on your doorstep is fabulous, sadly no other good things to say , it feels like someone has just stepped out from their homes, for example, the place is full of what I would “ stuff” , there were tubs of margarine and open bag of peas in the freezer and some kind of opened jars in the fridge , no light in hallway or toilet and as there’s no natural light let’s say that made it fun ! Had to use a torch on my phone, heated towel rail was on ! In the height of summer , first thing we did was try to open the “ lounge “windows , could only open one and it was filthy , the wholePlace needs a deep clean especially the kitchen , shower would be hard to access if you’re on the large side ! Had the oddest things there for example , a bread maker !? Couldn’t get tv to work , wish I could find something more positive to say
