This property enjoys an elevated position in the village of Appledore in North Devon, just a short walk from the village s shops, pubs, restaurants, maritime museum, and the traditional fishing quay. In the summer months, a ferry runs across the estuary to the nearby village of Instow, where visitors will find a yacht club, beach, and even more places to eat. Beach lovers will also love the two mile wide sandy beach at Westward Ho! which is just two miles away, and boasts a surf school offering lessons in surfing and stand up paddle boarding. Guests should be careful that children take care here, as the staircase leads directly into the room itself. On this floor there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one single room, all of which are lovely restful spaces with understated muted colours. The bathroom, also on the second floor, offers a shower over bath with WC. Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden to the rear of the property with garden furniture.
