A very well kept house very well equipped with good quality equipment and a plentiful supply of cutlery and crockery. Not all properties for holiday rental are exactly as advertised this one is. My best simple comment would be first class and I would have no hesitation in booking again. Not necessarily the cheapest but you get what you pay for and this one is worth it.

Property was modern , spacious and very clean , well equipped kitchen , and a secure lawned garden for the dog . Appledore and Westward Ho! a very short drive away . Maybe an extra tv in one of the bedrooms for the kids to watch when the adults are watching tv downstairs would be nice , but in the whole the property was pretty perfect for our stay of North Devon .
