This detached, single-storey holiday lodge is situated in delightful countryside close to the Hartland Peninsula. There is an enclosed decking area which wraps around two sides of the lodge and a lake close by where guests can fish. The property is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday or to explore the local countryside and coastline. There are beaches at Woolacombe and Sandy Bay, plus children’s attractions The Milky Way and The Big Sheep, within driving distance. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets, and the rugged coastline at Hartland Quay are well worth a visit. The local shop and pub are only 2½ miles away.
The path down to the property is narrow and can be muddy.

This holiday is remote enough to give you peace and quiet being located in the woodland. But is within 10 miles of larger towns. The accommodation was well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good and easy to use all of the equipment which was well maintained. The book selection is large and you can just sit our on the veranda and chill with a glass of wine and a book at the end of the day.Marvellous. look forward to reeturning.

Lovely quiet location, nicely equipped lodge. Lovely area to walk the dog. Only 20 minutes from Bude and Westwood ho.Well worth it
