When you’ve had enough fun at Westward Ho! beach, enjoy a change of scenery at beautiful Saunton Sands (17 miles) or visit the pretty fishing village of Appledore (2.5 miles). Children will love the rides at the BIG Sheep (3 miles), but if you’ve brought your dog, travel further to the Milky Way Adventure Park (10.5 miles) where the pup can join you. Walk the cobbled streets and court gardens of Clovelly (13 miles) before taking the half-mile walk out of the village to the breathtaking waterfall.
