We stayed at Jacks Barn beginning of September for 2 weeks, it was very easy to find and just a few minutes off the A39. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Hilary the owner lives nearby and is excellent on recommending places to visit. Its a short drive to Bude and Bideford, both having large supermarkets, also many scenic beaches nearby including Bude, Welcombe Mouth and Instow. I cannot fault Jacks Barn which is in such a quiet and peaceful setting and highly recommend it.

What a fantastic holiday accommodation. I can not recommend highly enough, a perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Transport however is essential as although there is a pub within walking distance you would need to use a narrow country lane with no causeway. The nearest beach is also a drive away but very picturesque. The North Devon coastline is stunning.
