Set on the edge of the village of Shebbear, down a quiet country track, this property provides fantastic views across rural Devon countryside and Dartmoor. Within walking distance you will find the local dog friendly village pub, and village shop. The coast is just a short distance away, the nearest beach being Bucks Mills 12 miles from the cottage. Long golden sands can be found at Devon's Westward Ho beach or Cornwall's Bude beaches (both 18 miles). The fishing villages of Appledore (15 miles) and Clovelly (14.5 miles) are both worth a visit, and home to such attractions as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks. Water sports enthusiasts will love the North Devon Wake Park (12.5 miles) where you can experience paddle boarding, wakeboarding or the Aqua Park that hosts inflatable slides, climbing frames and obstacles. Nearby there is traffic free walking route, the Tarka Trail, which is also a great choice for cyclists and dog walkers.
