Clare the host was very communicative and delightful. The apartment had everything you needed and was spotlesly clean. I felt very at home! Thank you! There is an acces out of the rear of the balcony on to Dartmoor which was wonderful for myself and my little dog Monty.. Its very close to Tavistock to stock up on groceries. And the town looked like it was worth a visit, very pretty, though didnt get there only drove through. I would definitely recommend!

Great location for exploring west Dartmoor and very helpful hosts. If there was a 4.5 star option I'd give it. Slight downsides were only a J cloth for washing up, no loo brush, and (for me) not quite enough kitchen equipment, eg a lid for both the larger saucepans and a teapot would have been helpful. Steps up to the front door are very steep and slippery in the wet. Horrabridge has pubs and a chippy but no cafe! Otherwise all good and comfortable, thank you.
