Northill is set within its own 30 acre private parkland with views reaching far across the Teign Valley. Dating back to the 14th century, Northill preserves many traditional features including antique furniture, low beams and the original (but no longer in use) granite spiral staircases. These traditional features are complemented by contemporary appliances, kitchen and bathrooms.

Upon entering Northill you have the main sitting room to your right, flooded with natural light and exposed beams with sumptuous seating for all guests facing the beautiful brick work fireplace with wood burning stove. Heading out into the hallway, take a step up into the cosy snug, separated from the drawing/dining room by a 17th century oak screen, and the perfect place to wind down after a day exploring the magnificent Dartmoor National Park.The drawing/dining room is ideal for group dinners, gathering around the oak refectory dining table, where you can enjoy the traditional features such as the exposed oak beams and another wood burning stove. The bright and spacious kitchen boasts an Everhot range cooker, American style fridge/freezer and many other useful, as well as a breakfast table, comfortable seating area and a third wood burning stove.

Stairs lead up from the sitting room to the secluded and spacious bedroom one with outstanding views of the parkland surrounding the property. Bedroom one consists of a 6’ super-king size bed and contemporary en-suite bathroom with an elegant free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Taking another set of stairs from the hallway, the first floor is occupied by four other beautiful bedrooms; a second 6’ super-king size with en-suite shower room; a king-size with en-suite bathroom, followed by a 4’ small double room and a 3’ twin bedroom; with a separate family bathroom and family shower room. An office also occupies the first floor, a quiet space for those who may want a quiet moment to catch up on some work.

Outside, fire up the barbecue and enjoy al-fresco dining with your loved ones surrounded by nature, then cosy up in the evening around the firepit. The outbuilding positioned near the terrace boasts fun for all, with table tennis and a ¾ snooker table, along with gym equipment.
