Security Deposit
Any non-family bookings will incur a £150 security deposit payable on arrival, payment must be made by credit/debit card, cash is not accepted.

The reception team at Oakdene Forest look forward to welcoming you, to help speed up the check in process please could you let Oakdene know of your party details such as names, childrens ages, email address and address of lead guest prior to arrival.

This is a family holiday park, if you are a work party please telephone us to book. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Facilities
Due to demand we recommend that you book any Go Active activities in advance by calling Oakdene Forest to avoid disappointment as activities are subject to availability.
If you would like to fish, anyone over the age of 12 must have a valid rod license.
Swimming Pool admission policy: Children under 12 are not permitted in pool area unless accommpanied by an adult (16+). Max 3 children under 12 may be supervised by an adult. 1 adult to max 2 children between ages 4 - 7, 1 adult to max 1 child between ages 0 - 3.
If you are bringing a pet then we politely ask that you do not allow them in the bedrooms of your accommodation please.

The caravan was absolutely spotless, two bathrooms and very comfy beds. The hot tub was checked every morning and was wonderful.
