It was a WOW factor as soon as we opened the front door ! The accommodation was to the highest quality throughout and there was everything needed. The had thought of everything. Loads of space, fantastic views and a great location. Would definitely recommend it and would like to thank the owner for allowing us to stay in such a wonderful property

We spent a lovely week at The Brackens in North Instow, Dorset, October 7-14 2023. The property was immaculate, both in cleanliness and decor. Fabulous kitchen/diner. Plenty of parking at the front. The garden is beautiful and well tended with wonderful countryside views. The very helpful owner lives nearby.
