About this property

This is a superb modern holiday home in a lovely location on the site in the corner of a peaceful cul-de sac, just a few minutes walk from Durdle Door. You can't get closer than this. French doors at the front open onto a balcony/seating area which gets the evening sun. There is also a large decking area and paved patio ideal for dining outside benefiting from all day sun. There is a good size garden area alongside the decking and patio. Garden/patio furniture is available. The kitchen has a full size oven/grill, full size fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en- suite toilet and washbasin. In the second bedroom the twin beds can be converted to a double bed. There is a DVD player. The third bedroom has twin beds, one of which can be folded under to make room for a travel cot or it can be used as a single room.

There is a family shower, toilet and washbasin. The lounge has a small sofa bed which is only suitable for 1 adult. The corner dinette seating area is ideal for playing board games. All bedding is provided along with tea towels, washing up/cleaning equipment, hoover etc. There is ample cupboard/storage space. Please bring your own towels. Fast Wi-Fi is free. There are family videos and games available for guests use.

Numerous entertaining activities are within easy reach. Alpaca walking, golf, kayaking, coasteering, Monkey World, Tank Museum, Sealife Centre, Abbotsbury Subtropical gardens, Swannery, RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove, Fossils and the Etches Collection with the newly discovered pliosaur sea monster at Kimmeridge Bay. The holiday park is accessible by public transport. We offer a discount for those arriving by public transport/bike.

The maximum number of people must not exceed 6 including children. Please leave the caravan tidy and clean as you found it and empty the rubbish bins .

From the 2023 season onwards the holiday park will be open for 10 months until the beginning of January.

We also let our new 2 bed caravan 6617 nearby which has a sea view and is ideal for grandparents/couples/small families with a baby/young children

Check in is from 4.00pm onwards and check out at 10.00am please.
