Brook House is an idyllic Georgian cottage dating from 1860. Located in the attractive village of Winfrith Newburgh, within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast is close by with the iconic Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove just 10 minutes' drive away.

The cottage has been renovated to a high standard, providing spacious accommodation for families. The property comprises of a large sitting room with wood burning stove, open-plan kitchen with dining area, snug with second wood burning stove and a light and airy conservatory with garden views. On the first floor are four bedrooms; one king-size double with en-suite bathroom, a second king-size double, a twin bedroom and a children's bedroom with bunk beds.

The house had been thoughtfully equipped with families in mind and features a children's playroom and separate games room with table football and air hockey. Outside the large garden includes a tree house, climbing wall, slide, sunken trampoline, swings and a natural wood chipped play area providing lots of fun for younger guests.
