In the summer, enjoy BBQs in the charming garden with views of rolling countryside or dine at the local pub.
Prepare home-cooked meals in the traditional shaker-style kitchen and dine at the large antique table in the lounge next door. After a busy day on the beach, put your feet up on one of the comfortable sofas nearby while the wood burner creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in the inglenook fireplace. Lazy afternoons can be spent with a good book in the sunroom, which opens onto the stunning cottage garden. With raised beds, shrubs, an al fresco dining area and BBQ, the garden offers wonderful views over rolling countryside. There is parking for one car with additional parking on the lane.
The delightful seaside village of Charmouth sits on Dorset’s dramatic Jurassic Coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Brimming with old world charm, the village is home to pubs, cafes, a Post Office, bakery and convenience store while the beach is famous for its fossils. Stroll along the beach to reach the popular coastal town of Lyme Regis or head east to reach the Broadchurch-famous West Bay (9.5 miles) and the bustling market town of Bridport (8 miles).
