Location: lovely location set in it's own grounds, although you are overlooked a little by some of the neighbouring properties but not really an issue.Cleanliness: the house was generally clean and tidy. One of the upstairs bathrooms could do with the flooring replaced as it looked like it had previously been mouldy and made the room smell damp.Comfort & Equipment: the house is well equipped and has pretty much everything you could want. The only thing I can think that would have been useful would have been baking sheets. Also, the flush on the downstairs toilet tended to get stuck on and needed a little jiggle to stop it flushing constantly.Local Amenities: there aren't any...you need to pre-plan a little as there are no shops within the village itself. We knew this prior to arrival so wasn't really an issue.Value for Money: It wasn't cheap for what we paid but when you consider what you are getting you can't complain too much. Big house, surrounding grounds and an indoor heated swimming pool...I'm not sure what else you could want from a holiday property in the UK :)All in all, we had a great stay at Copper Beech and would definitely go back!

Copper Beech is a nice holiday home with a lovely pool, location was half and hour from Lyme Regis and a bit further for Weymouth. It was clean and tidy, but considering how much we paid for the week there were no nice little touches to welcome you to the property. The owner left one dishwasher tablet for the week? And the clean towels were left upstairs on the hall carpet when they could have been put on the beds.
