Arrival Information
Check-in is between 4pm-8pm. Seadown Park are unable to accept any arrivals after 8pm.

Bed linen is provided for all bookings, please ensure you provide towels and tea towels.
Horizon and Sunset vans do not have central heating.

Dorset Horizon Caravan is a bit small and cramped. A little tired and a few things need updating or replacing completely. The beds are quite uncomfortable. Could do with new mattresses for sure. There is no central heating, so bear this in mind. Well equipped with everything you need kitchen wise. The caravans are always clean, which is a big plus, as I cannot stay anywhere that is dirty. The main gripe, is the two stools. One at the dining table and one at the dressing table in the double bedroom. I fell backwards off the dressing table stool as soon as I sat on it. They are soooo dangerous and as soon as you sit on them, they give way. I fell backwards and smashed my head and all across my back and shoulder blades on the metal bed. It really knocked me for six. I know full well I should have reported this and wish I had have done. I was quite bruised and my head was banging afterwards. I could have broken my neck. I dread to think what would have happened to a child or elderly person. It really doesn’t bear thinking about. The stools need to be removed or replaced for more sturdy ones immediately, as you cannot sit on them. My husband also fell of the stool at the dining table but thankfully managed to catch himself before he ended up on the floor. They do need removing from the caravans. I don’t remember them ever being like this before, so not sure what has happened to them? Highly dangerous and a very bad hazard/accident waiting to happen.
