For keen walkers, enjoy walks direct from the property to either Coneys or Lamberts Castle. From the shared drive and farmyard, a private entrance door opens into a spacious boot room. Once inside, you are met with a sociable kitchen/diner with a flagstone floor, a beautiful handmade kitchen and space to dine just opposite. A king size bedroom with an adjacent contemporary shower room leads from one end of the room, or pass the utility room on the right and take a couple of steps down into the lounge. Heading outside via the boot room and across the yard, you will find a gated and large lawned garden with picnic benches and space for ball games. In an adjacent barn is a tennis table, shared with the attached property.
