Head to Charmouth, the pretty town of Lyme Regis with its historic cobb harbour and picture-postcard streets, the eclectic town of Bridport where you can hunt out vintage curios, or the village of Symondsbury, at the foot of Colmers Hill, which are all within 5 miles. For keen walkers, enjoy walks direct from the property to either Coneys or Lamberts Castle. The closest pub is 1.7 miles from the property.
From the shared drive and farmyard, a private entrance door opens into a spacious boot room. Once inside, you are met with a sociable kitchen/diner with a flagstone floor, a beautiful handmade kitchen and space to dine just opposite. A king-size bedroom with an adjacent contemporary shower room leads from one end of the room, or pass the utility room on the right and take a couple of steps down into the lounge. This inviting room has an original fireplace with a wood burner and a Smart TV. In the corner of the lounge is the wooden staircase rising to the first floor, which arrives in the first of three beautiful bedrooms. This spacious room is mezzanine style, open to the stairs and gives access to the two further bedrooms. There are three single beds and bean bags making it the ideal room for children. Please note, due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height on the first floor along with uneven floors and some steps, which only adds to its character and charm. The bedrooms leading from this room include a triple with a double and a single bed at one end and a further king-size bedroom at the other. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom.
Heading outside via the boot room and across the yard, you will find a gated and large lawned garden with picnic benches and space for ball games. In an adjacent, partially enclosed barn there are two table tennis tables, a skittle alley and a medium sized snooker table, shared with the attached property.

- Farm activities: guests are welcome to visit the main farm which is 0.75 miles away along a farm track opposite the property; here you can watch the robotic milking or meet the cows and sheep – details of how to arrange the farm visit will be in the property
