Welcome to Prosperous Villa, a beautiful cottage located in the picturesque village of Puncknowle, the one place where the whole family can relax in the large rear garden or explore the stunning Dorset countryside, at the same time only being 3 miles from the famous Jurassic Coastline. Inside the property, you are offered a versatile living accommodation with two living rooms downstairs, one with views across the valley. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/hob and microwave. There is a downstairs bathroom and an upstairs shower room. Offering four bedrooms, the master bedroom with triple aspect views, bedroom two with double bed and single bed, a twin room and bunk beds. Outside, the garden wraps around the whole property offering a suntrap throughout the day. Here you can really enjoy the views across the valley or an evening under the stars.
Located less than a 5-mile drive to the famous Abbotsbury Swannery, here you can enjoy a day out with the family. The stunning Jurassic coastline is something you will not want to miss. With miles and miles of coastal walks, do not forget the camera on this trip. Local pub and restaurant 200 yards away.

We had the most amazing stay at Prosperous Villa! Everything you could possibly need was provided. Beautifully clean bedding and towels. Was so good to have a dishwasher and washing machine to make life that bit easier!! Plenty of outdoor space for the children (and adults) to play and let off steam, garden is secure and the lane is quiet. Was lovely to have two lounges so that the adults and children could have one each!! This property is so spacious, we are two families and never felt like we were tripping over one another.Puncknowle is an absolutely stunningly beautiful village and the pub (The Crown Inn) is only a couple of minutes walk away!! Check the opening hours though as they are limited. We all came away so relaxed! We only had one regret and that was that we didn't book for longer.

We had a great family holiday. Lots of space for everyone. A very warm, comfortable house. The location was great- such a pretty village. Enjoyed walking to the pub in the evening. Great location for spending time on the beach- even in February.
