Guests say

Guests are enchanted by the stunning sea views and prime location of the property, with many appreciating the charm and upgrades made. The apartment's beachfront access makes it an ideal base for exploring Lyme Regis. While some guests have reported maintenance issues and a need for refurbishment, the unique experience of waking up to the sound of the sea has been a highlight for many.

The property has received mixed feedback on cleanliness. Some guests found it clean and tidy upon arrival, while others reported issues such as a dirty fridge and tea-stained cups. The presence of laundry bags and a washing machine with stagnant water were also noted.

The location is highly praised for its amazing views and beachfront access. Despite some comments about the inconvenience of parking and the presence of hills and steps, the prime location is a consistent highlight for guests.

Comfort levels are varied among guests. Some found the apartment comfortable and well-equipped, while others reported issues with lumpy beds, uncomfortable sofas, and a cramped bunk room. The need for better bedding and seating was mentioned.

Facilities have been a point of contention, with several guests reporting maintenance issues such as a dripping tap, broken chair, and electrical problems. The need for more crockery and better appliance care was also highlighted.

Guests have mentioned a lovely welcome pack and a pint of milk in the fridge, which were appreciated. However, as gifts are not consistently reported by all reviewers, it should be noted that such thoughtful touches, while delightful, are not guaranteed.

Nevermind. There is problem with the downstairs push in lights for the hall and outside. When you push them in it trips the electric upstairs.

Other than this minor occurrence, we had an amazing time, everything else was perfect, the apartment was first class, Lyme Regis is unreal, would we go back ?, without hesitation.

Was a disgusting mess , it was a lovely quirky place with a great view of the sea out of the window but the niggles we had were the double bed was a bit too small for our liking as we kept banging our arms when we turned over on our sides also the washing machine was full of dirty stagnant water upon arrival and there was no welcome pack . It was in a great location if you don’t mind hills and steps !
