Guests appreciate the apartment's prime location with sea views, proximity to the beach and local amenities, and the inclusion of a welcome pack. The property is generally found to be clean and comfortable, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests suggest that the property could benefit from updates to the decor, bathroom, and balcony, as well as improved sleeping arrangements for six people.
The property is mostly described as clean, with only minor mentions of areas needing dusting. The overall impression is of a well-maintained space, although some guests noted room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its sea views and short walk to the beach and local shops, making it ideal for visitors. The convenience of a parking space is also appreciated, despite being tight for larger vehicles.
The apartment is generally considered comfortable, with comfy sofas and a thoughtfully equipped space. However, some guests noted that the sleeping arrangements and seating might be tight for six people, and the quality of bed linen could be improved.
Facilities are adequate with a well-equipped kitchen, but guests have suggested the need for a second bathroom, a dishwasher, and updates to the balcony and decor. The maintenance response was also a concern for one guest.
The inclusion of a welcome pack was mentioned positively, indicating thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, guests should consider this a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

The flat was comfortable and clean (apart from needing a dust around the TV, CD player and stand), and thoughtfully equipped. It is quite impossible to find a car parking space in any of the Lyme car parks on a sunny day in August, so the garage space beneath the flats was very welcome. Our only problem was that there was no hot water to wash up with, in spite of everything looking as it should according to the handbook supplied. I contacted LBH and asked for someone to phone us when the maintenance person was on their way so that we could be at the flat, but nothing happened until the second day when someone had come to the flat without our knowledge to fix it. I was annoyed about this breach of our privacy and security, and as yet, no-one has contacted me from LBH about it. Just a further note: although the kitchen area is small, a larger rubbish bin is necessary for six people. I would recommend this holiday flat, but bear in mind it's a good ten minute walk to the sandy beach and if you have a lot of beach gear a beach trolley is essential. Also, be aware that the pavement outside the block is narrow, so be very careful with young children.

Short walk to the beach and all the local shops which is perfect when you have children. Cute little apartment and was the best equipped place we have stayed at. Weâve stayed at 5 other locations in Lyme and by far this was the best. Thank you so much for the amazing stay.

I would definitely go again.
