Guests say

Guests consistently praise the property for its stunning views, well-equipped kitchen, and prime location within walking distance to Lyme Regis. The property is described as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches like a welcome grocery pack. While minor maintenance issues are mentioned, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The property is generally described as clean and tidy upon arrival. There was a single mention of hairs found in the ensuite bathroom, suggesting a slight oversight, but this does not detract significantly from the overall high standards of cleanliness noted by guests.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the town, beach, and cliffs, as well as for the breathtaking coastal views. The convenience of the location and the added benefit of easy parking contribute to its high rating.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with generous room sizes and modern furnishings. The property's comfort is a recurring theme in the reviews, although one guest mentioned a malfunctioning hairdryer, which is a minor issue.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and guests appreciate the modern amenities. However, there are several mentions of minor maintenance issues such as a leak, a non-working extractor fan, and a light bulb that needs replacing, which suggests room for improvement in this area.

While guests mention a welcome grocery pack, there are not enough references to other thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately assess this category. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score, but the welcome pack is a nice touch, although not guaranteed for every stay.

Great view and was very well laid out. If there was only one downside it was that the mattress protectors on the pillows and bed were more like covers rather than protectors which could have done with a clean. But overall we were extremely pleased. Thank the owner for sharing a lovely property.

The cottage is well equipped and very clean and located very conveniently for both town and beach. It’s a steep hill to walk back from both though - however it’s worth it for the view and your legs do get used to it. It’s easier if you walk through the park. Would definitely return here without hesitation. Did I mention the view!!??

Just one piece of feedback to the cleaning company - the ensuite bathroom had a few hairs in the hair-catcher when we arrived so it wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, everything else was great!
