There are two larger bedrooms both with good sized en suites in excellent order and two twin bedded rooms which are smaller but perfectly adequate. Five of us stayed for our holiday, three adults and two children aged 5 and 6. Adults are well catered for, but if you are taking younger children be prepared to take their own melamine plates and cutlery etc. if that's what they are used to as none are provided. Also take them things to do if the weather prevents you from going out as there is nothing in the house for them. We went in March and some days we had to spend more time at the house than we would normally do due to the storm and heavy rain. Again, if you are taking children, check what is available by way of attractions for them. We went during the first week of our children's Easter holiday, however, it was still term time locally and some of the events which they would have enjoyed, didn't start until the following week. I suspect that this only happens during the Easter break when attractions normally get under way for the season. My daughters and the children were very comfortable, but I suffer from a bad back that, unusually, means that I need a soft mattress to sleep. Unfortunately, the beds were far too hard for me As mentioned, we had a storm whilst we were there and a fence panel was loosened during the strong winds. I reported this, but it was still loose when we left and had not been repaired. Hopefully this has been rectified since. Overall, we were very happy with the property and especially with the equipment in the kitchen. Plenty of crockery and kitchen implements to cook up an evening meal if you don't want to go out to eat. Locally there are two reasonable convenience stores, so you can get most of your shopping done there and I had a supermarket deliver our main supplies on the day we arrived to save having all that extra packing. The roads around the property are steep and narrow, especially due to the number of parked vehicles. Luckily the frontage of the property for parking is level and two cars are amply accommodated. A nice holiday home which we would happily recommend to others.

Great location, gorgeous house and very comfortable. There was a problem with the radiator in one of the double bedrooms as the valve had broken and the radiator wouldn’t work. We called the helpline and a guy arrived really promptly to fix but it wasn’t fixable until change over day. The extractor fans in bathrooms didn’t seem to work either. Our only ask is that there are more lounge seats in the open plan area, as a family we all wanted to sit together but were unable to as only really 3/4 people and we were a family of 5 and the house sleeps 8. We didn’t want to split ourselves between the two lounges and also couldn’t get normal TV in the other lounge. We also didn’t want to sit on the dining room chairs in the evenings as just wanted to chill out together on a sofa/ armchair. That’s our only suggested improvement, the house is perfect otherwise , beautifully comfortable beds, amazing showers and bath, A very high spec finish and also a lovely welcome pack. Thank you
