When it comes to bedtime, two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor, a spacious king-size room and a twin room with en-suite shower room, and zip/link beds providing the flexibility to become a super-king size room. The family bathroom, with stylish panelling and freestanding rolltop bath is also located on this floor. The third bedroom, a stylish and bright double room, is located on the ground floor with doors opening onto the rear courtyard garden, and a further bathroom is also located on this floor.

When it comes to location, Port House is ideally positioned to enjoy it all with the promenade and iconic Cobb Harbour only a short, level walk away. Only moments from the house, the seafront, with its family-friendly beaches, is popular with bathers and perfect for those looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday. For those wishing to get out on the water, paddle board and kayak hire is available on the beach with regular boat excursions and fishing trips running from the harbour.

Food lovers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out with a fantastic range of restaurants, pubs and cafés close by, including fine dining for special occasions, great pop-up options serving local food, and of course, no trip to the coast is complete without trying some of the local fish and shellfish which is readily available.
