Everything we needed was available. It was only a 10 min walk from the sea front maybe a bit longer coming back uphill. If you have a reasonable level of fitness then it’s not an issue. (Most of Lyme Regis is hilly). Great property if you have a dog with its enclosed pet safe garden. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle for some peace and quiet but close enough to walk to all the amenities that Lyme Regis has to offer. The parking space was a real bonus located at the back of the property. There were some great walks for the dog straight from the property with a small area of woodland 2 minutes away. There were no real issues except the TV signal. Not sure if there was a knack to using the TV but couldn’t see any instructions if there were any. We had a great time in a lovely setting. Would definitely like to stay again.

The situation of our cottage was idyllic. We did feel the beds were rather firm for us and the pillows too. I would say the property was a little tired. But overall good accommodation.

It was clean and welcoming with a surprise goody bag of local foods. The apple drink was especially delicious. The beds were comfortable, the bath and shower facilities good. The only downside was the inclement weather but we still had a very enjoyable week.
