Pebbles Reach in Portland is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The property's location is appreciated for its proximity to the beach and local amenities. Guests enjoy the spaciousness and modern decor, with some mentioning a welcoming touch of tea and biscuits. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests looking forward to returning.
The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with several reviews noting it as spotless and well-maintained. However, a few comments about dusty skirting boards and the need for window cleaning slightly affect the score.
The location is well-regarded for its proximity to Chesil Beach, the marina, and local attractions. The quiet estate is also a plus, although the nearby industrial estate and lack of street lighting are minor drawbacks for some.
Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy beds and spacious living areas. Some guests experienced issues with the water temperature and bed firmness, but these are isolated comments within the overall positive feedback.
The property is praised for its well-equipped kitchen and the quality of its furnishings. However, points are deducted for reported maintenance issues such as a broken dishwasher, faulty toilets, and the presence of ants, indicating room for improvement.
While guests appreciate the tea and biscuits provided, there are not enough references to gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Good sized well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Beds were comfortable and the showers were very good. The enclosed outdoor area was very useful particularly with our small dog. There are a number of very local green spaces to walk your dog.

Each room tastefully decorated to give a nautical feel about the place We did enjoy sitting in the courtyard at the end of the day with a glass of wine as the Sun went down We did think the booklet that came with the property could have had more information regarding what was on Portland itself rather than focus on Weymouth Other than that we had an amazing day thank you very much

Space in home is great very roomy. Only 2 of us stayed here so it was just used as a base but the kitchen was fully equipped should you wish to cook. The only thing that was missing and this is personal opinion based on other places we have rented there was no games, cards etc for children normally there is a cupboard full so maybe this would be a nice addition for a family using the property. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
