Located on the edge of Weymouth Harbour is this gorgeous terraced cottage offering uninterrupted views of the glistening harbour, ideal for a family getaway to the seaside. You will find the wonderful fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, perfect for preparing family meals to enjoy in the dining room with stunning views looking out to the harbour. Also on the ground floor is the main family bathroom, which benefits from a sumptuous bath and a separate shower to choose from. The first floor houses a sociable sitting room where you can spend family film nights or sit on a window seat and admire the Weymouth Harbour, watching the bridge move to let boats in and out.
The first floor also hosts an inviting double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, whilst the second-floor boasts a second double room with an en-suite shower, and a gorgeous twin room, all with ample storage and lovely décor. Spend your morning outside and enjoy an alfresco breakfast in your very own rear courtyard. My party consisted of visitors from Canada and the Bahamas and travelling arrangements could not be changed at this short notice. This resulted in my guests, all aged over 75, having to carry their luggage through performers and visitors to reach the property with no offer of help from the stewards. In future it would be helpful to arrange for assistance to be made available during such events. However the accommodation was very clean and well presented with minor issues being resolved on the day by the team in the local Dream Cottages office. The location of the accommodation made our stay most enjoyable and would recommend renting the property to others, just not when the is festival on.
