This appealing Edwardian terraced house is just a short walk from two of Weymouth’s best kept secret beaches, Castle Cove and Sandsfoot and less than two miles to Weymouth’s award-winning beach. The front door welcomes you with its period charm and its distinctive lead-decorated window, whilst the hallway leads you to the sitting room where you can find space for all the family to relax, with a convenient shower room accessible from here too. Catch up on your favourite TV shows whilst warming yourselves in front of the delightful woodburner. The equally spacious open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with all you could need to create delicious meals and gather together around the table planning the next day’s adventures.
From the patio doors, you can enter the courtyard-style garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the summer’s evening after spending the day at the beach or exploring. Climbing the wooden stairs, you will find a large master king-size bedroom with lovely wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors, as well as a large double and twin, all rooms offering delightful views across the town and are light and airy. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, so you can decide how best to prepare for your day. Tucked away in the quiet residential area, Sandsfoot Beach is perfectly located for exploring all that the Jurassic Coast has to offer, including walks on the South West Coast Path, sailing and other watersports at the national sailing academy, and the many different beaches that are on offer.

So close to castle cove and Sandsfoot beaches. Only a 15 minute walk across to the harbour. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen. Bedrooms great, very spacious main bedroom with comfy beds. What really let the house down was the general cleanliness. A few issues which I raised with dreams on arrival - floors, sofa, cushions on dining chairs were filthy - were rectified immediately. No broom available, which meant it was near impossible to keep on top of the sand coming into the house. The hoover was smelly, and and needed emptying. With a deep clean and some tlc - the garden especially - this house would be fantastic.

We loved the little beach nearby which is dog-friendly. Our 6 year old grandson was in the water every day. The house is well appointed and comfortable. This was our second visit.

Lovely little cove beach 2min walk away. Dog friendly and unspoilt. Parking was no problem for two cars on the road side. Nice, quiet peaceful location with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Coop and chippy 5min walk away and Brewers Key approx 15min walk downhill. We are going to book back up for next year! Thank you
