The house itself is outstanding, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, however, it is attached to a nightclub, with two more nightclubs attached to that. The Nook, which is the one joined on, plays extremely loud music every single night, outside, with drums, electric guitars and bass speakers until at least 1.30am and weekends until 4am. The rowdy crowd proceed to stay outside, singing, shouting and parting for at least an hour after closing time. It's impossible to get any sleep in any part of the house due to the ridiculous noise level. The accommodation is only suitable for Stag/Hen parties or single groups that fancy a change from Ibiza. Our holiday was completely ruined. The advertisement should make the horrendous noise level very clear and not just say it's on a lively street, what an understatement!!!!

There was a few Matinace issues I contacted Sykes and they resolved what they could straight away but there was issues they couldnt resolve. The cleanliness wasn’t the best either as we found a dirty broken plate in one of the draws there was wrappers under one of the beds.the sheets was stained in one of the rooms.the carpet was stained in the main bedroom some of the windowsill was covered in dust.there was empty bottles in one of the kitchen cupboards.as for the house it self it is in a prime location the owners have put the money in to the property as it is high end furniture but I it is right next to a cocktail club that is playing very loud music until 4.00am on Friday and sat and 1.00am the rest of the days.it was a family holiday so if I was aware of that I wouldn’t of booked this property it dose say how close it was to the bars but not that you are right next to a night club.

Friday and Saturday night was horrendous until 5.30am. Can literally hear them banging doors and walking up stairs. One of the en-suite bathrooms had barely any water coming from the tap. One of the handheld showers leaked water everywhere. One of the beds has broken slats so couldn’t sleep on the bed. On the pictures it’s made to look like every room has an en-suite when in fact it doesn’t. Someone tried to get into the back of the house, tried the handle. Luckily it was kept locked!
