Guests say

Guests have had a delightful experience at North Harbour House, praising its cleanliness, convenient location near the harbour and beach, and the relaxing hot tub. The property is well-received for its modern amenities and thoughtful touches, such as a welcome basket. While some minor issues were noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Reviewers consistently mention that the house is very clean and tidy, indicating high standards of cleanliness that contribute to the overall positive experience.

The property's proximity to the town, harbour, and beach is frequently highlighted as a major advantage, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to explore Weymouth.

Comfort is generally well-regarded, though there are some comments about soft pillows and hot duvets. The house is spacious enough for families, but one review suggests it might feel crowded with six people.

While the reviews are positive about the facilities, including the hot tub and welcome basket, there are minor maintenance issues mentioned, such as a slow-draining shower and a missing frying pan. However, there is not enough consistent detail across reviews to provide a comprehensive score.

The welcome basket and good communication from the property agents are appreciated gestures, showing thoughtfulness. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind bonus and may not be a standard offering for every stay.

The location is ok. Not particularly pretty but having the history of the house was a nice touch and helped to appreciate it more. It is a very good location to walk into Weymouth harbour and seafront which we enjoyed most days.

We are a family of 5, with three children (ages 11 -17) and the property was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of our fun filled days. The location was great. The harbour and main beach were only a short walk in one direction, whilst there was a lovely little cove we could stroll to in the other. Parking isn't available directly at the property but there is plenty of space nearby and for us this wasn't an issue. Although we didn't meet the owners, we did have contact with them as they got intouch to prior to our holiday to make sure we had all the information we needed and to wish us a happy holiday. They left a lovely welcome basket too. All of this was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Few mins walk to the harbour although hilly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend as so many things in walking distance.
