Space worked well for family and baby. Host was very friendly and helpful while respecting our space. Cottage very well equipped and most things had been thought about and I suspect you only had to ask and the owner would sort it. Beautiful space to eat out in peace and quiet. Lots of lovely walking from the cottage and good beaches nearby. Downsides. No local shop and beds a bit soft for us. Minor details and we would definitely book again.

We had a great stay with family at the Old Milking Parlour. The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed during a heatwave and as this is a converted milking parlour there was no air conditioning. We did mention to the host the possibility of including a fan or two but due to the potential H & S risk this may present, felt that it might be an issue. So if you're going when it's hot you may like to take a fan. All necessary equipment for a comfortable stay was provided and the property was very clean and well kept. A welcome pack was a lovely additional surprise.Would stay again, in this lovely rural location.

Beautiful comfortable spacious cottage with all the amenities, lovely surroundings being on a farm, peaceful with just sounds from the horses. Nice enclosed garden for the dogs and to soak up the sun, we had a heatwave. We loved being in the countryside and seeing the horses daily, especially Beanz he was a beauty and so friendly, always came running down the field when we approached it, I miss him. Lovely walk through the fields. Owners nearby should you need anything, very helpful but leave you alone to enjoy. Weymouth just 3 mile down the road. We would love to return next year.
