Arranged over two floors The Old Post Office is a clever conversion of an original building now presented as a Dorset cottage. With a feature spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the ground floor living area has a spacious open plan feel to it. The Old Post Office provides parking for two cars and a little outside patio area where you can enjoy al fresco meals at any time of the day.
Located just five minutes' walk to Hope Square, with its numerous restaurants, bistros, pubs and coffee shops The Old Post Office is in the perfect location for a self-catering Dorset holiday. The beautiful old harbour is just a minute through Hope Square. A leisurely walk along the harbour and across the bridge will take you to the town centre where you will find all the usual high street shops and in the narrow streets the local quirky shops worth browsing in. On the edge of town is the aware-winning main beach with its golden sands and shallow waters. Close to the property you will discover Newtons Cove, a pretty pebble beach area favoured by locals and children alike who love to explore the rock pools when the tide is out and The Nothe Gardens great for a picnic on a sunny day or for enjoying a costal walk with amazing views over to Portland.

Just a short five minute walk to the harbour and shops. Bonus, on site parking and patio area. Would recommend this property. Would stay here again.

Sorry I only stayed here once. If you are yet to stay there, enjoy. Great location, all facilities catered for. My husband and I had a great time here. Relaxing and enjoying Weymouth and the surrounding area.
