Guests say

The Brewery in Weymouth is a well-liked property, praised for its prime location close to the harbour and town, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the on-site parking and the property's cleanliness, although some noted minor issues. The lack of a garden is mentioned, but the property's other qualities seem to compensate for this.

Most guests found the property clean and well-maintained, but there were a few reports of areas that were overlooked, such as dusty units and food splash marks. The overall impression is positive, but there is room for improvement in the cleaning standards.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the sea, harbour, and town amenities. It is considered ideal by guests for its convenience and the added benefit of on-site parking.

Guests generally found the property comfortable, particularly noting the beds and living space. However, some guests mentioned that the sofas were hard and the spiral staircase could be challenging for some, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The property is well-equipped with a good kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. However, issues with the washing machine and minor maintenance concerns like curtain hooks and a squeaky bed frame have been noted, indicating a need for better upkeep.

Guests were pleased with thoughtful touches such as a welcome tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits. While these gifts are appreciated, they are not guaranteed and may vary with each stay.

Parking is a real bonus. The staircase was a bit tricky to get cases and bags upstairs and definitely not easy, but it does clearly state that in the description so no problem. The only issue we had is that the mattress was a little too soft for us but that's a personal preference not a reflection of the quality of the house and furnishings. I'm personally not a fan of metal beds either as they are quite noisy every time you move! Also the bottom sheet was not a fitted one, so we had to keep straightening it as it was trying to come off when we moved. Minor detail, other than that it was excellent, a very comfortable place to stay. The complimentary tray of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits was great - a nice touch. We would definitely book this property again if we ever want to come to Weymouth again! I would highly recommend it.

    Great location otherwise

The kitchen is really great with everything you need & has a spacious dining area. Lounge areas & bedrooms are also really nice. There is no real garden and unfortunately part of the chair outside the front of the property was broken. Nice property and a great location but a bit over priced considering no garden.
