The cosy air-conditioned living room features a log burner, large TV and electric reclining sofas, ideal for relaxing evenings. On the ground floor, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king-size, a super king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room. A separate bathroom boasts a jacuzzi bath with shower.
Upstairs, a second living room leads into a beautiful double bedroom with velux cabrio windows that open to form a spectacular balcony overlooking the garden and patio. A fifth double bedroom and an additional shower room provide extra comfort and privacy. Outside, a large patio with a 6 person hot tub and steps leading to a lawned garden offer the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the fresh Gloucestershire air. A good space for a family get together. No young children in our party but they are very well catered for with lots of books, games and garden toys. Downstairs bedrooms great for less mobile members of family. Very hot weather so air conditioning in lounge was a real bonus with 2 family members in their 90s. Nice outside area and facilities. Hot tub was used a great deal. Some dining chairs need attention as joints were loose but we had enough good ones for our party size. We really loved the accessibility to fabulous walks straight from the house.

Super accommodation for a large group. Deceptively a much larger property than you would imagine from the outside. Extremely well furnished, and well stocked kitchen, plus all the DVDs you could possibly imagine for a rainy day. The highlight undoubtedly was the fabulous hot tub. Perfect location also for venturing into Cheltenham or outwards.One slight oversight, though was a leaky shower frame in the upstairs bathroom, which over a prolonged time had damaged the door frame. Shouldn't be difficult to fix. I think families with young children might also wish for the garden to be mowed a little lower, but not a big deal.Look forward to returning one day.

Amaranth is a very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage. Lovely quite rural location. Well equipped and massive kitchen and open plan lounge. size bedrooms and en suite bathrooms too. We all loved the hot tub. Very large gravel forecourt parking area at the front of the cottage. Large patio area leading to garden area. The property manager also was very helpful and co-operative, answering any queries we had. A highly recommended and beautiful cottage set in a superb location.
