The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding, with comfortable seating and stylish decor. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is a sociable space for family meals and gatherings. For additional sleeping arrangements, there are three double sofa beds on the ground floor, accommodating three more guests. One is in the living room, another in the open-plan dining space, and the third in the separate office room, which includes a toilet. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this house. In fact it is a lovely family home, but therein lies the problem. It was completely full of stuff belonging to the family, which made it difficult to relax if I'm honest, as it felt like they'd all popped out and would be back any minute. There wasn't really any space to unpack our own stuff during our stay.Don't get me wrong - it was fairly comfortable, although some extra pillows on the beds and some cushions in the living room would've been good. And it served our purposes for a few nights visiting Cheltenham, but we won't be hurrying back.

advertised as with off road parking. When we arrived there was 1 car and 1 caravan on the drive so no room for our car. There was barely any hot water and although there were radiators around the house 4 of us could not find any way of switching on the heating.

This is a very comfortable and well-equipped house. It is located in a pleasant suburb a short bus ride to the centre of Cheltenham and within easy walking distance of a large supermarket. We had a small request and the owners were immediately and obligingly responsive.It is a good base for exploring the Cotswolds by car or by bus.
