Accessed via 52 steps, this elevated spot provides a private escape surrounded by nature. Inside, the lodge features an open-plan living area and kitchen along with a double bed, offering a light and airy space to relax. The bathroom includes a shower and Heated towel rail for added comfort. Outside, you’ll find an enclosed lawned garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The owners keep ducks and chickens, adding a charming rural touch to the experience.

Wonderful cabin in a large garden next to ducks, chickens and farm animals in the surrounding fields. Everything you need in a compact package. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked 4 of those evenings, the kitchenware was great, the hob worked really well and the combi microwave made up for the lack of an oven. The view across the fields is fantastic and the range of wildlife, including buzzards, peregrine falcons and bats made this a fabulous place to relax and spend time. Great walks possible from the front lane into woodland and farmland. The hosts were generous and friendly, they made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay and were sad to leave.
