Riverside Holiday Village do not accept any single person bookings due to the nature of the site. The park also do not accept any work parties or sports groups under any circumstances. Any unauthorised groups will not be accepted on arrival.

The beds were in a terrible state with mattress protectors that were in shreds and some beds were not even made up The shower door was broken and you could hardly get in to the shower - the maintenance person did fix so you could open but it was a very tight squeeze even for a slim child

Loved it very helpful staff great for 6 but would not be big enough for 8 to eat or sleep comfortably plus tv in the wrong place as not all 6 can see it above the fire would be better.. Plus got in and tv was broken but not reported

Unfortunately the restaurant and accommodation let the park down. Waiting staff did not know what was available on their menu for people with food allergies which resulted in one of our party not ordering any food. The food we did order was of poor quality and some parts of it was inedible. The accommodation was very basic, with inadequate cooking equipment.There were stained carpets in the bedroom, ripped quilt covers and pillows that were so flat they were not fit for purpose.
