Poppy Cottage is a cosy two bedroom cottage which caters for up to four people, with an open plan living area, a walk-in shower and a wood burner. There’s a ground floor bedroom with a super kingsize bed which can be single beds on request, with another kingsize bedroom upstairs with an en-suite shower room. Children are welcome at Poppy Cottage and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Within easy reach of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole, Wells with its magnificent cathedral, the renowned Clarks Village shopping outlet at Street and National Trust properties at Clevedon Court, Tyntesfield and Montacute House. Splendid walks and cycle trails, and nearby Chew Valley Lakes is a modern reservoir and a mecca for birdwatchers and fishermen. Further afield are Exmoor National Park, the re-developed docklands and shopping of Bristol, and the memorable regency architecture of Bath. Beach 5 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub 1½ miles, restaurant 5½ miles.

The cottage was truly beautiful in gorgeous surroundings. It had everything you could need from the well equipped kitchen, cosy log fire, super comfortable beds and wonderful relaxing garden with hot tub. We had an amazing week and the owners were so welcoming and helpful even including a lovely welcome pack. I will be booking again and recommend experiencing all this cosy cottage has to offer.

It was alovely Holiday.Poppy cottage was a well looked after cottage had everything you needed inside,the hot tub was great. Nice local pubs you could eat & take dogs in,not to far to western super mare. The back garden was a sun trap great for chilling out in. We will be going back I'm sure of it. Bonus the farm had horses so the wife was happy to say morning to the Horses every morning.
