This delightful holiday cottage adjoins the owner’s home and is ideal for couples looking for a quiet yet convenient location or for those with young children, as the property backs onto the ancient ruin of Plympton Castle and the castle green, which has a small children’s play area. The property features a BBQ/fireplace in the south-facing courtyard garden to the front. Discover Dartmoor National Park just 5 miles away. For golfers there are 3 golf courses close by. There are 3 village pubs and a restaurant within walking distance. Shop and restaurant 0.25 miles, pub 200 yards.
