The Old Church School is located in the older historic part of Plympton close to St Elizabeths Hotel and wedding venue, just 10 minutes from the A38 making exploring the whole south west region very accessible. This delightful holiday cottage adjoins the owner’s home and is ideal for couples looking for a quiet yet convenient location or for those with young children, as the property backs onto the ancient ruin of Plympton Castle and the castle green, which has a small children’s play area. The property features a BBQ/fireplace in the south-facing courtyard garden to the front. Discover Dartmoor National Park just 5 miles away. For golfers there are 3 golf courses close by. There are 3 village pubs and a restaurant within walking distance. Shop and restaurant 0.25 miles, pub 200 yards.
