Situated a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Wembury, the property is perfectly positioned for enjoying the best of coast and country. With coastal walks from Wembury Beach along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge, you'll see an array of wildlife and spectacular sea views. Wembury Marine Centre is a great place to learn about the wildlife in the area and offers rock pool rambles. Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour, where you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor.

Enter the traditional stone building to find the lounge and kitchen/diner on the ground floor. The rooms have been stocked with everything that you would need to ensure a comfortable stay. In the kitchen/diner you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and table and chairs. There is also a useful utility room with a washer/dryer, which leads on to a shower room with WC. The lounge offers a cosy space to relax in the evenings and has a TV and DVD and Wi-Fi. On the first floor there is a king-size, made up from twin beds, one twin bedroom and one single room. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and in addition to this there is a further separate WC.

Outside you can enjoy rolling countryside views from the patio area, which has garden furniture.
