Welcome to our family owned 3 bedroom prestige grade holiday home. Our holiday home is situated in a quiet area near the lakes, just a short walk away from the main complex. It has a car parking space with a fully laid path to the decked steps into the caravan.

The caravan comprises a fully fitted modern kitchen with built in microwave, gas cooker, integrated fridge and separate full size freezer, it also benefits from a toaster, kettle, air fryer, washing machine and slow cooker all aimed at making cooking easier for you during your stay. You will find a highchair for your use stored in the wardrobe. The large lounge and dining area has a 40 inch television, with built in DVD player and free-view. There is a modern electric feature fire should you get a little chilly in the evenings. There are french doors opening onto a decked veranda which has a table and chairs for relaxing in the sunshine. There is also free WIFI available.

The master bedroom comprises of a king sized bed with en-suite, there is ample storage with built in wardrobes and cupboards are plenty. There is a television with free-view and a hairdryer, there is ample space in the bedroom for a travel cot if you should need one ( not supplied).

The second and third bedrooms have twin beds with a wardrobe.

All bedrooms have plenty of pillows and mattresses covered with protectors (please don't remove these), there are quilts provided ( 1 x king, 1 x double, 4 x single ), guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area to make it up to the 8 berth. The master bathroom has a large enclosed shower with hand basin and toilet.
