Hello thank you for taking the time to view our advertisement. We are a family-owned caravan who takes a lot of pride in our very modern Swift Bordeaux caravan.

Our caravan has a spacious living room with double sliding doors which open out onto a decked area with a canopy and spotlights. We have rattan furniture located on the decked area so you can sit and relax.

The living room has two very comfortable sofas with a 42-inch smart television. We also have private WiFi. The caravan has double-glazed windows with central heating throughout. It has a security alarm fitted.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to enjoy your time at the caravan. It has an integrated fridge freezer with plenty of room. Set off the kitchen, we have a full dining room table and chairs.

We have 3 bedrooms which consist of a double bedroom with wardrobes and a dressing table and chair with a comfy memory foam mattress.

2 rooms with 2 single beds in each room again with wardrobes in each room and memory foam mattresses. These rooms have a mirror in both.

We have a separate shower room with a large shower and a sink basin as well as a separate room with a toilet and another sink basin.

We are located on pitch 301 which is a very spacious corner plot with lots of garden space. One side has a lot of grassed area for children to play on and the opposite side has a paved area with a table and chairs to sit out and relax in the sun. The plot is fully fenced for privacy in a very sought-after area. It is a 2-minute walk to Rjs entertainment venue bowling and the arcades.

Parking bays right next to the caravan which holds up to two cars. No commercial vans allowed or vans with signage are permitted.

It is also only a 2-3 minute walk away from the supermarket, fish shop, Chinese takeaway, hire shop, fishing lake, brean golf course and a very large playground.

Included in your stay, we give you free passes to gain access into RJS entertainment for free, also 50% off swimming at Brean Splash, 50% off Brean Play discounted prices in Brean Theme Park and you can also use the tavern and brean crazy golf which is £6 per person.

There is a market every weekend and an ice cream shop located near Brean splash and the theme park. The beach is a 3-minute walk away from the caravan.

The village of Brean is situated on the Somerset coast, between ever-popular Weston-super-Mare and delightful Burnham-on-Sea.
