Please note that some facilities on site will be closed on 24th, 25th and 26th December, and on 31st December and 1st January. This closure allows our team the opportunity to enjoy the festive period with their families.
This closure includes Elements Boutique Spa and The Levels Country Kitchen, which will not be operating during these dates.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Disgustingly dirty, thick dust on every surface, damp and mouldy bathrooms and fag butts on the balcony. The walls were covered in stains and grease marks. Felt like we were staying in a squat, nothing like the photos.

A lovely lodge with three bathrooms. The Kitchen is well stocked and upon arrival they gave us 4 pints of milk, a loaf of bread from the local bakery butter, a lemon cake and a bottle of bubbly. It would be better if the Jacuzzi was a bit more private as people can walk by..
