One double and one twin (double by arrangement). Bathroom with waterfall shower. A lovely lodge with three bathrooms. The Kitchen is well stocked and upon arrival they gave us 4 pints of milk, a loaf of bread from the local bakery butter, a lemon cake and a bottle of bubbly. It would be better if the Jacuzzi was a bit more private as people can walk by..

There were a few things that let it down for us. We found that it wasn't as clean as we hoped. There was crumbs on the kitchen tops, kitchen table and chairs and also it looked like the floor hadn't been hoovered properly. We did clean this up ourselves as there wasn't a lot to do, but I would rather not have had to do it after a long journey. I did report this to the reception and was assured it had been cleaned. We found the hot tub to be very loud. It was vibrating in one corner which was quite offputting. Some of the kitchen cupboards had paint chipping off them. Its clear they have been repainted and now the paint is chipping off. The kitchen was fully functional but it could do with a refresh. One thing to note in the Millstone lodge is the bedrooms are downstairs and living area is upstairs, the living area floor is very creaky which can be heard in the bedrooms. We also found that one of the ensuite bathrooms had smell, especially if you kept the bathroom door shut. It was a lovely place, it could do with a refresh and the noise in the hot tub sorting.

The cottage was spacious, cosy and well equipped and the hot tub was the highlight for us! The showers were also gorgeous and it was very warm. There were smart TVs in all guest rooms and the main living area and 3 bathrooms meant we were never stuck with a family of 6. I would definitely return.
