Lovely lodge away from all the others, bit of traffic noise in the night from main road due to transport going to and from Hinkley power station as we had windows open due to being heatwave but didn’t spoil our break as beds so comfy

Lovely lodge with an amazing view, not overlooked. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. There was a welcome basket on arrival with some lovely bits in (won’t ruin the surprise), so nice we went to the farm shop and got some more! Hot tub was amazing (it was checked every morning by the Henfields team). My only complaint, and it won’t stop me going back, is that the sofas were not very comfortable.
