While the property is praised for its cleanliness and comfort, the absence of a kitchen and the need for more heaters are noted. However, the availability of a microwave, coffee maker, and secure parking partially offsets these concerns.

The owners are commended for their hospitality and thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack and delicious millionaire shortbread. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this score reflects the positive mentions without setting an expectation of gifts.
