Really nice place to stay. Plenty of places to visit. I would highly recommend the lodge to friends and family. Also the owners are friendly.

As said by other visitors on previous reviews, it is clean and spacious. Well equipped and homely. We enjoyed coming back to it after a day out. There is also a settee along with the two armchairs in the lounge. Andy and Tha are a nice, friendly couple genuinely interested in their guests' welfare, and this came across when speaking to them. We would highly recommend Vine Lodge. Thank you Andy and Tha for making our week memorable for all the right reasons.

We came here for a weeks Geocaching (We found 200). The hosts Andy and Tha were very helpful and very friendly. The cottage was even better than the photos suggested. It was large and very comfortable. It had everything that we needed and everything was in good condition. Lots of free cupboard space which is unusual. Lots of grounds to explore. Wifi was generally reliable. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return if the Geocaching allows. A real treat for us was a pair of young tawny owls which were there almost every night. They perched on the gate which was about 6 feet from the bedroom window and we were able to stand indoors and watch them.
