The cottage is lovely and full of charm. The rooms are all large and comfortable. The garden is large, safe and beautifully kept. There is plenty of seating and a BBQ. We enjoyed sitting and eating in the garden. The footpaths from the cottage are not well used and in cases impassible. The local pub has closed so we had to drive more than we had hoped but there is lots to explore and we did some wonderful walks. The cottage could do with roasting/oven trays and additional cutlery so that the dishwasher doesn’t need to go on after every meal.

We had a lovely relaxing time. Cottage was perfect, the garden was beautiful and the owners were the best. Definitely re-booking and going back.

The cottage could be really amazing if it was kept up to date and looked after a bit better. A large corner of the hob was broken off and there was a door missing on a kitchen cupboard. There were also no baking trays at all. The stairs were rotting and it felt like they were going to cave in when stood on. There were also a lot of cobwebs, and the extractor in the bathroom was covered in dust - thick layer not just a small amount. The flooring upstairs was not level at all and some floorboards were loose. There is very limited head height in the kitchen (my partner could not stand up straight without banging his head on the ceiling, and he is only 6ft tall)We were also awoken every single morning of our week long stay by the owners dogs incessantly barking at 8am - not what you'd call a relaxing week away
