This bright and airy farmhouse is set in a peaceful location yet has excellent road links making it the ideal base for touring both Somerset and Devon. Surrounded by pastureland, with wonderful views in all directions it is the ideal spot for walkers and those wishing to get back to nature. Set in its own grounds and bordered by the National Trust and only half a mile from the famous Wellington Monument. Many pretty towns and villages are accessible from here, including nearby Wellington, which offers a good selection of local amenities. A visit to the town museum is a must for history lovers. Also accessible by car are a wealth of popular attractions including the rugged beauty of Exmoor and Dartmoor, north and south coasts and a choice of National Trust properties. A gravel driveway leads you to the detached stone farmhouse. Enter this immaculate detached house into a entrance hall where there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which is also a perfect place to hang coats and store muddy boots after a walk in the countryside, there is also a useful cloakroom here with a WC.
