Woodlands is a warm, spacious family property located in a rural area, just outside the village of Langford Budville in Somerset adjacent to a small garden nursery, and has an adjoining 220-acre nature reserve. This semi-detached property, which is quite private and not overlooked, is set between woodland and open countryside, with panoramic views to the Blackdown Hills in the lovely vale of Taunton Deane, on the Somerset/Devon border.
Woodlands has everything you need for a family holiday. It is well equipped for children, with children’s toys, games and DVDs, and even direct access to a shared playground with swings and slides. Guests can relax in the heated, outdoor 6-person hot tub in the garden, even in the winter time as it has a roof cover. Pure luxury! There is also a corner whirlpool bath in the main bathroom, a shower in one of the bedrooms which is en-suite, and another in a separate shower room. Coffee, cakes and light lunches are served in the cafe nearby and the village pub is within walking distance with real ales, open fires and good food.

Spent a weekend. 5 ladies spending time together. Everything you could need. Very comfortable. Fabulous space.Hot tub was great.Would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect courage for a family break. Everything you could want was provided for both humans and pets. The added touch of a welcome pack and a box of towels/throws for tge dogs was spot on. Hot tub was a perfect extra. Will return. Thank you.

What can I say.. an amazing cottage with stunning views! I loved the fact they provided little extras such as milk, washing up liq, hand soap, towels etc, it's these little extras that really make for a relaxing holiday. The cottage itself was lovely with a wood burner and enough wood to last for days and the hot tub was just perfect. Location was fab with a cafe 2 mins up the road and a family friendly pub within 5 minutes walk. There is also plenty of walks from the cottage with lovely views. I would definitely recommend this cottage and will be looking to book again!
