About this property
The Pony Stalls, near Brompton Regis is a recently converted stone-built barn on a working farm in the Brendon Hills on Exmoor, just a stones throw from Wimbleball Lake which is within easy walking distance. Sleeping up to 6 guests in three rooms, it's well-suited to families.
Accommodation
The cottage is fitted with all new appliances and the kitchen is well-equipped with electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with a selection of complementary pods to get you started. Also, there is a good supply of cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
The living area has a television and DVD player with Free sat, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no extra cost. An iron and ironing board, and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
There are also TV's in the lounge [with sofa bed] and in the main bedroom upstairs.
If you intend to use the sofa-bed, please make a note on your booking so that it will be prepared accordingly for you.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Central heating is fitted throughout the property and there is underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators upstairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring outdoor/beach towels if you wish to take them with you on day trips.

Myself and my family had a wonderful NY stay at Angela’s accommodation. My 3 boys loved it, the milkshakes, fresh milk, French mince pies with cream and chocolates was a real hit, and lovely welcome! WOW! It does not get any better than this. What a truly amazing place to stay. Spacious, spottlesly clean and furnished and equipped to a very high standard with great eye for detail. A warm welcome with fresh scones and cream and goodies in the fridge. Beautiful sunrises above lake Wimbleball strai.... WOW! It does not get any better than this. What a truly amazing place to stay. Beautiful sunrises above lake Wimbleball straight from your doorstep. Very quiet location. And last but not least Angela is a wonderful host. Responding very quickly to messages and doing just a little extra like sending you a message that the cottage is ready with a pin to find the location. A big 10 for us! would definitely recommend choosing the Pony Stalls for your Exmoor stay.
